Advanced flood curing with touchscreen, curing profiles, pulse mode, and data logging
The IntelliRay Pro is an advanced UV flood curing system built to give manufacturers more control, consistency, and flexibility in their curing process. It gives operators direct, intuitive control through a built-in LCD touch screen, with access to intensity, exposure time, curing modes, profiles, settings, and system status from the front of the unit. Operators can adjust lamp output from 35% to 100%, select a display color theme for visibility or preference, and choose from Continuous, Timed, Profile, and Pulse curing modes to match the application.
Beyond simple timed exposure, the system supports custom named profiles that store time and intensity presets as fixed settings or multi-step sequences, including ramping, staged exposure, and repeat cycles. Pulse mode delivers controlled bursts of high intensity to help speed curing while reducing heat buildup on sensitive materials, while Profile mode allows more complex curing recipes to be built and repeated with consistency.
Key operating parameters are stored in non-volatile memory, so saved settings are automatically recalled after power cycling for faster restarts, less setup repetition, and more consistent curing between operators and shifts. An onboard SD card supports data logging, history tracking, alarm logging, programmable profiles, and firmware updates, helping operators review system events, track performance, and maintain stronger process traceability.
Touchscreen Control Interface: The IntelliRay Pro features an LCD touchscreen display for setting exposure time, lamp intensity, system settings, and operating modes directly from the unit.
Adjustable Intensity and Exposure Time: Lamp intensity can be set from 35 to 100%, while exposure can be run in continuous, timed and pulse mode. Timed mode automatically closes the shutter when the selected exposure duration is complete.
Programmable Exposure Profiles: Custom exposure profiles can be saved with named intensity and time presets. Profiles can also be programmed as ramp or step sequences for applications that require changing intensity over time.
Integral Exposure Shutter: The built-in shutter controls when UV light reaches the curing surface, helping maintain consistent exposure timing and protecting parts between cure cycles.
External Control Interface: Rear-panel interface connectors support foot pedal activation, PLC control, PC control, digital or relay control, USB, RS485, and Ethernet communication using Modbus protocol.
Production Integration Ready: The system can be mounted on a bench, machine, fixture, conveyor, flood stand, or Rayven curing chamber. RS485 and Ethernet communication can also support networking of multiple IntelliRay Pro units.
Foot pedal control: An optional shutter control foot pedal is available for applications requiring hands-free operation. The pedal can be used in conjunction with the system’s exposure timer or in a manual mode, in which the shutter remains open as long as the pedal is pressed.
Optional lamp spectrums: The IntelliRay Pro is available with UVA, UVB and visible spectrum lamps, ensuring compatibility with adhesives and coatings from all manufacturers.
Mounting Options: Rayven – fully enclosed curing chamber with door interlock and adjustable shelf
