Radiometers
Our radiometers (light meters) are designed to help users of our light curing systems measure the important parameters of the curing process. All the radiometers are NIST traceable calibrated, and are available in UVA, UVB, UVC and visible bands.
UVICure Plus II
- Measures intensity of a single spectral response range (chosen at time of order)
- Used in curing applications of inks, adhesives, soldermasks and epoxies (not for use in web press applications)
- Display scrolls through UV dosage in J/cm2 and peak UV intensity in W/cm2 for single UV spectral response range
- Measures lamp performance (and possible bandwidth shift for doped lamps)
- Compares the efficiencies of different UV light curing systems
Power Puck II
- Incorporates four separate spectral response ranges and measures all four simultaneously
- Used in curing applications of inks, adhesives, soldermasks and epoxies (not for use in web press applications)
- Display scrolls through UV dosage in J/cm2 and peak UV intensity in W/cm2 of all four separate UV spectral response ranges
- Measures lamp performance (and possible bandwidth shift for doped lamps)
- Compares the efficiencies of different UV light curing systems
LEDCure™
- Designed specifically to accurately measure the energy generated by industrial UV LED systems
- The “standard” version shows all data on the display
- The “profiler” version shows data on the display plus downloads the irradiance profile (W/cm² as a function of time) to a computer for further analysis
- High dynamic range (40 W/cm²); user-changeable battery
- Available in four different LED specific response bands
SpotCure
- Monitors the output of a UV spot curing system
- Provides indication of light guide and spot curing system performance
- Measures intensities up to 99.9 W/cm2
- Includes several different size light guide adaptors for maximum flexibility
- Comes in “standard” and “extended” intensity range versions
IS310 UV Logger
- Gives you separate readings for each lamp in your oven
- Stores data for up to nine lamps in nine different ovens
- Able to go underneath most safety barriers and measure close to the substrate to give a more accurate reading of the light intensity where the curing takes place
- Measures UV energy transmitted in J/cm² and peak lamp power in W/cm²

- Ideal for use with thermoset materials such as UV-cured films, resins, composites, paints and coatings
- Provides data about cure that no other method can offer
MicroCure Sensor and Data Reader
- Two components: data collection radiometer and data reader
- Measures the total amount of UV energy that would be impinged on a work piece passing through the curing system and the peak UV irradiance
- Measures total energy density in J/cm2
- Measures peak power density in W/cm2
PowerMAP II Radiometer
- Provides the irradiance (W/cm²), energy density (J/cm²), irradiance profile (W/cm² as a function of time) and temperature profile (°C as a function of time)
- Measures UV in four (UVA, UVB, UVC, UVV) EIT spectral regions
- Compact size allows it to measure UV in areas not previously accessible
