Radiometers

Our radiometers (light meters) are designed to help users of our light curing systems measure the important parameters of the curing process. All the radiometers are NIST traceable calibrated, and are available in UVA, UVB, UVC and visible bands.

UVICure Plus II

  • Measures intensity of a single spectral response range (chosen at time of order)
  • Used in curing applications of inks, adhesives, soldermasks and epoxies (not for use in web press applications)
  • Display scrolls through UV dosage in J/cm2 and peak UV intensity in W/cm2 for single UV spectral response range
  • Measures lamp performance (and possible bandwidth shift for doped lamps)

LEDCure™

  • Designed specifically to accurately measure the energy generated by industrial UV LED systems
  • The “standard” version shows all data on the display
  • The “profiler” version shows data on the display plus downloads the irradiance profile (W/cm² as a function of time) to a computer for further analysis
  • High dynamic range (40 W/cm²); user-changeable battery
  • Available in four different LED specific response bands

PowerMAPII

PowerMAP II Radiometer

  • Provides the irradiance (W/cm²), energy density (J/cm²), irradiance profile (W/cm² as a function of time) and temperature profile (°C as a function of time)
  • Measures UV in four (UVA, UVB, UVC, UVV) EIT spectral regions
  • Compact size allows it to measure UV in areas not previously accessible
