Due to damage
to our building sustained in the western Massachusetts tornadoes
of June 1st, and to better meet our customer's needs, Uvitron
has
relocated to a new upgraded facility. Please bear with us as we

This lift-up face shield is
ideal for total face and eye protection from UV and high
intensity visible light
exposure while performing extended curing
operations.
The shield has ratchet
adjustment to fit head sizes 6
1/2 to 8, and meets ANSI
Z87.1-2003 high-impact
(also known as Z87+)
standards when used with safety glasses or
goggles.

Available in two shade types:
Shade #4 with less tint for
indirect reflection protection while working in the area of
flood exposure systems, and shade #6 with darker tint for higher
protection when working with more direct light sources (e.g.

This new fully enclosed curing
chamber features 360 degree shielding for maximum UV protection.
The Rayven includes a door interlock which when used with the
IntelliRay system, automatically causes the unit's shutter to
close when the door is opened. Dual rear panel D-sub
connectors allow pass thru
of IntelliRay control signals for use with a PC, PLC, shutter
control foot pedal, external interlock, etc. The oven also
has an adjustable height curing tray which allows for 5
repeatable curing distances. Just place your
IntelliRay or
SunRay on top of the oven and
start curing -
no tools required.

This new rear UV shield can be
used with the IntelliRay and SunRay mounting stand and
wrap-around shield. The rear shield provides supplemental
rear protection for blocking low level backside radiation for
applications where complete low cost shielding is desirable.
The rear shield is secured under the stand mounting feet, and
has flared sides to allow for unobstructed tilt access with the
front wrap-around shield. Instant installation, no tools
required. |
