EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY FEATURES OF UVITRON SYSTEMS:

  • The painted portions of all Uvitron systems are actually not painted but are surfaced utilizing advanced Powder Coating processing.  The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a more durable, uniform, high-quality, and attractive finish.

Powder Coated Tough Mark

  • The instrumentation faceplate labels of Uvitron systems are multilayered/multicolored silk-screens, printed on the back side of tough clear Lexan® sheets.  The Lexan® (produced by GE Plastics) has a unique combination of high impact strength, UV resistance, flame retardancy and scratch resistance.  Because the graphics are applied to the rear side of the sheet, the surface and lettering are protected from damage, and can not be scratched or worn even after long term use in industrial environments.

  • Uvitron equipment utilizes durable stainless steel fasteners and hardware to prevent oxidation and surface damage, maintaining the original appearance over long term usage (even for harsh environments).

  • All our systems are designed using advanced 3D solid modeling CAD tools, allowing for state of the art packaging of system components in compact and lightweight enclosures.

  • All Uvitron light curing systems feature Quick-Change lamp modules.  This insures that production down-time is minimized during routine maintenance operations.
